Welcome to scMicroGro! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be placed through our website.
  • We accept E-Transfer and Cash on Delivery.
  • E-Transfer payments must be sent to [email protected] using your Order ID as the reference.
  • Cash orders must have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

2. Microgreens & Energy Bites Availability

  • Our Microgreens are grown fresh to order. Availability may vary.
  • Our Energy Bites are handmade in small batches to maintain freshness.
  • If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer a replacement or refund.

3. Delivery Policy

  • We deliver to [Your Service Areas: South Delta, South Surrey] every Tuesday.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email and a text message within 24 hours.
  • If you are not home at the time of delivery, please provide a safe location and a small cooler or a bag with an ice pack for us to leave your order.
  • Orders with E-Transfer payments must be paid in advance before delivery is scheduled.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
  • If there is an issue with your order (damaged items, missing items, etc.), contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours and mention your order number.
  • Orders may be canceled if a request is made at least 24 hours before delivery.

5. Food Safety & Allergies

  • Our products are prepared in a home kitchen that processes nuts and dairy.
  • We cannot guarantee that our products are free from cross-contamination.
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any food allergies.
